What is Early Access?

Early Access means Grouvy is complete and production-ready, but we're opening access gradually for selected clubs and sports groups. This way we can grow together and make sure Grouvy is perfectly tailored to real-world needs.

Does Early Access cost anything?

No. During Early Access, Grouvy is free to use. The license tiers (Free, Club, Pro) will only be activated with the official launch. Early access participants will be informed well in advance before anything changes.

When is the official launch?

That depends on how well the Early Access feedback helps us develop Grouvy further. We're not planning an artificial hype launch — we want to make sure the platform truly works for real clubs with real members.

What club sizes is Grouvy suited for?

Grouvy works for everything from a small dance club with 30 members to a larger dance school with several hundred members and many parallel dance courses. The Free tier (3 courses, 50 members) covers smaller clubs, Club and Pro are designed for growth.

Is there an app?

Grouvy is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA). This means you can install it like an app on your homescreen — no app store download required. On iOS and Android, this works directly from the browser.

How is my data used?

Your data is used exclusively for managing your club and bookings. Grouvy is hosted on Azure (Germany West Central) and is subject to German and European data protection law (GDPR). No data is shared with third parties.

Who can apply for Early Access?

Dance clubs, dance schools, dance studios, and dance instructors who want to manage their dance courses and dance events more efficiently. Sports clubs with dance departments are also very welcome.

Is Grouvy suitable for ADTV clubs?

Yes. Grouvy is built specifically for the needs of dance clubs — including recurring dance courses (ballroom, Latin, formation dancing, and more), dance events, and tournament management. ADTV member clubs are very welcome.

What happens after I apply?

We review each application personally. You'll receive a confirmation email and we'll get in touch as soon as we activate your Early Access. This may take a few days — we want to grow deliberately and carefully.
